Cancel your subscription

Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, so you cancel them there. Deleting the app does not cancel it.

iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Baseline › Cancel Subscription.
Android: Google Play Store › your profile icon › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions › Baseline › Cancel subscription.

You keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Restore a purchase

New phone, or reinstalled the app? Open Baseline, go to the subscription screen and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you subscribed with.

Refunds

Apple and Google handle payments and refunds. On iPhone, request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, request one from your order history in the Google Play Store.
